My husband and I ordered the aged steak. It was incredible. I think it might be the best ribeye that I have ever had. I highly recommend!

Liam's has been one of our favorites for the past decade, but I'm only getting around to leaving a review now. But because of knowing them over such a long time, I can admire and compliment the consistency of their presentation - the decor and ambience have stayed the same, even through expanding into the space next door with a bar and lounge; the creativity of the drinks menu still impressive; the cheese selection and thoughtfulness astonishing; and the menu itself is genuine, personal, and of an exceptional quality.

A unique menu that is inviting and an atmosphere that is cozy. We wanted to stay for hours. We each had something different on the menu and spent so much of our time tasting each other's food...which for me is highly unusual. I don't like to do that and I usually don't like people tasting my food. But, this was so much fun. Our meals were bursting with such a variety of flavors. See the puctures. The owner spent time visiting and our server was excellent. Very highly recommended. Loved it.

My wife and I absolutely love Liam’s! We’ve been coming here for years from Tallahassee and still look forward to every visit. The cocktails are top-notch, and the cheeseboards always surprise us with exciting new selections. The entire menu is consistently outstanding, and the atmosphere is both cool and cozy. But what truly sets Liam’s apart is the exceptional staff—Rhonda, Bruce, Rebecca, Becca, Carol, Graham, Brian, and Payton (hopefully, I didn’t miss anyone!) are all phenomenal at what they do. Every time we walk in, we feel welcomed and valued, and we deeply appreciate that. Without a doubt, this is our favorite spot in the Southeast—if not the world! Looking forward to our next visit soon! - Aaron & Miriam

We love to go to Liems and have a drink at the bar..The beer selection is great and it is always different varieties of crafted beers,so you always don’t have to choose the same brand.Mixed drinks are one of the best in area and the bartenders are very nice and friendly. The cheese board is also very special treat, that is prepared for you with culinary knowledge and love. I

Liam's is a unique dining experience. Reservations are highly recommended as this place stays busy even during the off season. The boards are great and the owner will come out and give you a detailed description of each cheese and item on the boards. The steak had a delicious bark and was salted perfectly. The steak was cooked perfectly and was tender and delicious.

Without any bias...my meal this afternoon (birthday) was probably one of the most delicious meals I've eaten in years! I'm thankful for the Foster family and to watch CHEF Tyler grow into who (in my opinion) may be the next greatest chef in the states! Hat's off to Liam's...well done, friends...p

My husband and I don't make it up to Thomasville as often as we would like, but when we do, we make sure to stop in and have a beer at Liams. Besides the Taste of Thomasville tour, we have only ever sat on the lounge side. Tonight, we met friends for dinner in Tville and decided to enjoy Liams. The same cozy, welcoming atmosphere that we know and love on the lounge side, carried over to the dining room. Our server was phenomenal! She had great drink recommendations - the Makku was unexpected and is now on our hits list! My husband and I decided to split the Whole Shebang, and I mentioned to our server that I loved the house pickles - especially the green tomatoes, so she gave me a wink and said she would throw a few extra on there. When the platter came, we were intrigued by the other pickle options - red onions and celery. I had never thought to pickle celery but tried it and wish I could have had the entire jar! My husband and I were fighting over who got to eat the last one. The house made charcuterie was divine! Still hungry, we both were interested in the house pasta with pork ragu and told our server we were planning to split it. She brought it to us in two bowls which was perfect because after one bite, I knew I would be finishing every morsel in that bowl, and if no one was looking I would have licked the bowl! You know that feeling you get when something is so good that you have to close your eyes, lean your head back and take a deep breath, yeah, that was my body's response to that first bite of pasta! Liams is a gem of a place, and the owners truly pour their hearts and souls into every inch of the space - you can taste it in the food and see it on the faces of everyone in there. Liam's is a gem you cannot bypass! I will be returning, hungry for more!
